Megacities can have many problems. Main problems of megacities are lack of distribution of water and food. If the population grows, the need for food and water grows too. Many other problems are overpopulation, environmental stress, carbon emission and traffic congestion.

POLLUTION OF TOKYO
Tokyo has very bad air pollution due to the fact that they have many factories, and large amounts of cars. People can get sick due to this. If they do not take plenty of action soon, the population could start decreasing because of this. This would cause many problems, and the sickness would cause death, which would cause many law suits to the factories.
TRAFFIC CONGESTION
Due to Tokyo's large population Tokyo has huge traffic congestion, causing many jams, and taking everyone's time and money.
